h3ABOUT THE JOB /h3 /brpWe are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Manager (Environment Safety) to lead, oversee and continuously improve our Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. In this role, you will ensure full regulatory compliance, foster a strong culture of Safety and Environmental across the company, and effectively manage a small team. The ideal candidate holds a deep technical knowledge of Italian environmental and workplace safety laws, alongside practical experience in ISO standards implementation and people management. /p /brh3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 /brpManagement Systems (ISO 14001 ISO 45001): Maintain, implement and audit the integrated Environmental and Health Safety Management Systems; lead internal audits and coordinate external certification audits. /p /brpRegulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Italian HSE legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08 for Health Safety and D.Lgs. 152/06 for Environmental laws). /p /brpRisk Assessment Mitigation: Update and maintain the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and carry out technical risk assessments across company operations.
/p /brpEnvironmental Management: Oversee waste management, emissions, discharges, MUD declarations, and all environmental reporting requirements. /p /brpTraining Culture: Define annual HSE training programs, ensure mandatory training compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture within the organization. /p /brpAuthority Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory authorities, inspection bodies (ASL, ARPA, Vigili del Fuoco) and certification bodies. /p /brpIncident Incident Investigation: Conduct root-cause analysis for workplace accidents or near-misses and implement effective corrective/preventive actions. /p /brh3SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: /h3 /brpDirect Management: Directly manages and supervises a team of 2 HSE specialists. /p /brpResponsibilities include setting priorities, delegating tasks, performance monitoring, training support, and day-to-day workload organization within the HSE department. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
