We're building security from the core out. /p pWe are looking for an bHR Operations Specialist /b to join our HR Team! /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liManage the entire payroll process, liaising with HRIS and payroll provider as necessary (e.g. timesheets, payslips checks, personnel cost, TFR management etc.) /li liManage the HR operations processes and administrative tasks (e.g. contracts, smart working, medical checks, health and safety training, welfare, health insurances, buoni pasto etc.) /li liProvide advice and guidance to employees on HR and payroll related matters (responding to general inquiries) /li liIdentify ways to continuously improve policies and processes /li liEnsure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. Right to Work checks) /li liUpdate of all employee records,



digital and physical /li liMaintain and update the personnel database (new hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, maternity leaves, bonuses, salary increases, and other needed information) ensuring the reporting and the confidentiality of information /li liAssist in the hiring process and onboarding of new employees (including the preparation of contracts) /li liDevelop and administer health and safety topics, coordinating with the Labour Doctor and RSPP /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul li3-5 years of experience as an HR Operations, or similar roles /li liExcellent communication skills in both English and Italian /li liStrong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion in internal and external relations /li liGood proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel /li liSolid knowledge of Labor Legislation /li liStrong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions /li liHighly organized, with excellent attention to detail /li liAble to work at a fast pace, managing high workloads and meeting tight deadlines /li liA collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude /li /ul pbNice to have /b /p ul liKnowledge of the CCNL Commercio /li liExperience managing international payroll, particularly for US and the APAC /li liKnowledge of HiBob HR platform /li /ul pbSalary range: /b €35K - 45K /p pExein is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
