pWithin the bWW /b bOmnichannel /b bdepartment /b, based in Rome, we are searching for an bOmnichannel AI Transformation Project Manager /b. /ppReporting to the bOmnichannel Data AI Manager /b, the selected candidate will be responsible for orchestrating, delivering, and scaling AI-driven initiatives across eCommerce, Customer Service, Marketplace, and Retail, ensuring AI solutions are translated into concrete business outcomes. /ppThe selected candidate will act as the bridge between business teams, data/AI experts, IT, and markets, ensuring AI use cases are well-defined, delivered on time, adopted by users, and embedded into daily operations. /ph3Job responsibilities /h3pbKey Accountabilities /b /pulliLead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across eCommerce, Customer Service, Merchandising, CRM, and Retail, ensuring business value realization and successful adoption. /liliTranslate business opportunities and challenges into prioritized AI use cases with clear KPIs, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes. /liliManage and prioritize the AI initiative portfolio within the Omnichannel Data AI team, balancing business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness. /liliOrchestrate cross-functional teams (Business, Data Science, Analytics, IT) and external partners throughout the project lifecycle from ideation to scale. /liliDrive AI adoption and change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and embedding solutions into operational workflows. /liliAct as the key interface between global teams and local markets, supporting rollouts, collecting feedback, and enabling continuous improvement. /liliMonitor AI solution performance against business KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization targets, driving iterative enhancements. /liliManage project governance, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery quality while ensuring alignment with omnichannel strategic roadmaps. /liliLead the transition from pilots and proofs of concept to scalable, repeatable AI products integrated into the omnichannel ecosystem. /liliProvide regular reporting to senior leadership on project status, adoption progress, business impact, and portfolio performance. /li /ulh3Profile /h3pbQualifications /b /pulliMaster’s degree in Business,



Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Data Analytics, or Technology-driven initiatives. /liliMinimum 2 years of experience delivering AI, advanced analytics, automation, or data-driven transformation projects. /liliProven ability to lead cross-functional projects across business, technology, data teams, and external partners in complex matrix organizations. /liliStrong understanding of AI use cases, data-driven transformation, omnichannel ecosystems, and related technology platforms. /liliAbility to translate business needs into AI initiatives with clear KPIs, business cases, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes. /liliExperience in change management, user adoption, and international or multi-market rollouts. /liliFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is considered a plus. /liliFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plus. /li /ulh3Additional information /h3ulliInfluencing and stakeholder management skills. /liliStrong change leadership mindset, promoting adoption and organizational transformation. /liliStrategic thinking combined with a hands-on delivery orientation. /liliExcellent prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. /liliAdaptability and continuous learning mindset. /li /ulpFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 55.000.br/This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
