The People Partner is situated within the Division “Pharma & Food Application”. Your responsibilities and tasks
- Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level.
- HR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments.
- Negotiation, execution and checkup of work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined,



as well as internal, policies and arrangements.
- Supporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding.
- Education, development and career planning.
- Development and application of working conditions.
- Execution of (global) HR projects.

Your profile and qualifications
- You hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management.
- You have 10 years’ experience with general HR themes.
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics.
- You have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production.
- You have a high sense of integrity and open communication.
- You have experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement.
