JLG, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist internal and external customers via phone, email, face to face, or other media. The role supports repair and overhaul guidance of access equipment in the field through the contact center.

You will mentor Associate level staff, develop and maintain a knowledge base, and lead training efforts. Occasional travel across Europe is required to support customers and collaborate with engineering.
