Seven decades later, we're proud to be the number one global market leader in the forged, aluminum heavy-duty truck wheel market. /ppWe're looking for a passionate bFleet Manager Italy (Center) /bwho can increase the use of Alcoa b® /b aluminum wheels in the Italian commercial vehicle market. /ppbHere is a glimpse of what you'll do: /b /ppDeveloping strategies and implementing action plans to increase the use of Alcoa b® /b aluminum wheels for Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) versus steel wheels by convincing transportation fleets. /ppThe incumbent is primarily accountable to develop their fleets at all levels and to convince these contacts to purchase Alcoa b® /b wheel products /ppWorking with our distributors to develop business opportunities. /ppThe incumbent maintains contacts to the tyre suspension,



axle and wheel attachment manufacturers and truck and trailer dealers. /ppWorking in a truly multicultural team spread across Europe. /ppbLocation: /b /ppThis is a homebased position and covers the Center of Italy (preferred home office locations in order of preference: Rome, Florence and Pescara) /ppThe majority of the working week will be spent visiting fleets. /ppThe role will require regular travel and nights away from home. /ph3Qualifications /h3pbThis job might be for you, if you: /b /pulliHave bachelor degree or equivalent by experience. /liliSpeak native Italian and fluent in spoken and written English (must). /liliGained experience in field sales and selling high value products. /liliKnowledge of the commercial transportation business is an asset. /liliAre motivated, passionate and result driven. /liliAre reliable and an autonomous/self-starter /liliAre accountable and a solution provider. /liliHave experience of home working is desirable. /li /ululliCompetitive salary, bonus system, yearly performance-based salary increases, company car. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
