Stiamo cercando una risorsa che entri a far parte del team dedicato alla preventivazione e progettazione di soluzioni per la distribuzione elettrica. La persona sarà un punto di riferimento per la forza vendita, contribuendo alla trasformazione delle esigenze dei clienti in soluzioni tecniche efficaci e competitive.

Attraverso competenze di progettazione elettrica, analisi tecnica e supporto commerciale, il candidato avrà un ruolo chiave nella definizione delle migliori soluzioni Schneider Electric, supportando il processo di acquisizione degli ordini e garantendo un elevato livello di servizio verso clienti e stakeholder interni.

Cosa farai:

- Collaborerai a stretto contatto con la forza vendita regionale durante la fase di preventivazione, sviluppando schemi elettrici e individuando le soluzioni Schneider Electric più adatte alle esigenze dei clienti.
- Analizzerai le richieste tecniche ricevute, traducendo i bisogni del cliente in offerte tecnicamente corrette e commercialmente competitive.
- Ti occuperai della configurazione e selezione dei componenti necessari, garantendo la corretta definizione tecnica ed economica delle offerte.
- Svolgerai attività di progettazione elettrica, realizzando schemi e documentazione tecnica a supporto delle proposte commerciali.
- Fornirai supporto tecnico alla forza vendita durante le fasi di prevendita e negoziazione, assicurando tempestività e qualità nella gestione delle richieste.
- Collaborerai con i colleghi coinvolti nella promozione delle soluzioni presso Studi Tecnici e professionisti del settore, offrendo il necessario supporto tecnico‑specialistico.

Chi cerchiamo:

- Diploma tecnico o Laurea ad indirizzo Elettrotecnico, Elettrico o affine.
- Esperienza pregressa di alcuni anni in ruoli tecnici legati alla progettazione elettrica, preventivazione o supporto tecnico‑commerciale.
- Buona conoscenza dei principi della distribuzione elettrica e dei relativi componenti.
- Capacità di lettura e realizzazione di schemi elettrici.
- Buona conoscenza di software CAD per il disegno tecnico.
- Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, con predisposizione al lavoro in team e all’interfaccia con interlocutori sia tecnici sia commerciali.
- Approccio analitico, orientamento al problem solving e attenzione alla qualità del servizio offerto.
