Always Friday is an AI-native agency challenger in the events space, seeking a results-driven leader to own and scale the supply channel across Europe. You will drive partner acquisition, activation and revenue through a hands-on, data-driven approach, starting with Italy and expanding to Spain and the UK.

You will report to the CEO and build a scalable playbook, hire the first team, and define targets, incentives, and operating cadence while collaborating with hotel groups and other hospitality
