The Mountain Sky Hotel Tratterhof in Meransen is looking for
- Collaboration and execution of tasks assigned by the head chef
- Production of cakes for the afternoon offer of the hotel bar, e.g. strudel, Linzer, Sachertorte
- Preparation of desserts for the bistro menu at lunchtime
- Preparation of desserts for the traditional tasting menu, the menu of the day and the vegan menu
- Preparation of traditional desserts for the dessert buffet once a week as well as modern cakes and individual portions
- Maintaining storage and cold storage rooms in compliance with correct storage, hygiene and best-before dates
- Tidiness and above all cleanliness in the workplace
- Good organization and division of work
- Sustainable handling of the equipment and goods
