For the upcoming 2025 summer season, 7Pines Resort is seeking a FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR.
Previous experience in similar facilities or more generally in the hotel industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest requests and phone calls.
Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service and resolve any problems or complaints.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room
