h3SCHEDULER /h3pLocation: Milan, Italy /ppDuration: September 2026 – January 2028 /ppProject: Safaniyah Water Handling Project Division PMT /ppThis opportunity supports a major capital project in the oil and gas industry during the detail design phase of an EPC development. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, project controls and progress measurement, helping to drive effective project execution and provide visibility on resource requirements, performance and potential project impacts. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSet up project control system including planning, scheduling and monitoring. /liliPlan and provide work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems and other practices to give Engineering and Construction supervisors means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution. /liliProvide staff guidance to Engineering and Construction supervisors in one or more areas of planning and scheduling expertise by analyzing and evaluating all pertinent data. /liliRevise and approve of the Project Baseline Schedule and the Progress Measurement System. /liliAnalyze major capital projects to plan the most effective execution sequence in light of experience and current industry practices. /liliDiscuss, coordinate and resolve long term and short term planning and scheduling problems with personnel throughout the Company and with contractor organizations. /liliAct as a technical consultant when required. /liliAssist in the technical evaluation of contracts relative to their expertise in planning and scheduling and analyze in detail performance reports. /liliEvaluate the planning and scheduling information collected from Project Management Teams or contractors and advise management of exceptions to the plan and potential corrective action and/or impact to the project.



/liliProvide staff assistance in the preparation and maintenance of the Master Scheduling System in support of the capital program planning effort and/or other planning and scheduling reports, procedures and services. /liliReview and evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of planning and scheduling information collected from project teams or contractors and advise of significant exceptions to proposed and approved conditions and recommend corrective actions. /liliCollect lessons learned during the execution of the project in order for it to be reported in the project closure report. /li /ulh3Required Education Certifications /h3ulliEngineering degree (Required) /li /ulh3Required Experience /h3ulli10 to 15 years of experience in oil and gas industry petrochemical projects /liliExperience supporting major capital projects /liliExperience in planning and scheduling within engineering and construction project environments /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliKnowledge of Primavera software /liliExcellent PowerPoint skills /liliExcellent Excel skills /liliGood English, both written and verbal /liliStrong analytical skills /liliPlanning and organising capability /liliAbility to adapt and learn /liliProblem-solving capability /liliOpen and effective communication skills /liliDrive for results /li /ulh3About Airswift /h3pAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, technology, process and infrastructure industries.
