pSalary Range: €39,100.00 - €72,500.00 Band Level 4 /ppJob Description Summary Leads warehouse operations to ensure the efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted flow of materials supporting manufacturing and supply activities. Responsible for managing warehouse personnel, inventory accuracy, material movements, safety, quality compliance, and operational performance. Ensures adherence to GMP, GDP, HSE, and Novartis standards while driving continuous improvement, people development, and business excellence. /ph3Job Description Major Accountabilities: /h3ulliLead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, dispensing, transfer, and shipment of materials and finished products. /liliEnsure continuous and timely supply of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods to support manufacturing and business requirements. /liliManage warehouse resources, workload prioritization, and operational performance to achieve service, quality, and productivity targets. /liliLead, coach, and develop warehouse teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture. /liliEnsure full compliance with GMP, GDP, HSE, and company quality standards, maintaining an inspection-ready environment. /liliOversee inventory management activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, material traceability, and effective inventory control processes. /liliManage warehouse quality activities, including deviations, CAPAs, inventory discrepancies, audit observations, and corrective actions. /liliDrive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and operational excellence programs to enhance safety, efficiency, and service levels. /liliLead and support automation, digitalization, and warehouse transformation projects, including the effective use of SAP and other digital tools. /liliCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement,



and external logistics providers to ensure seamless end-to-end material flow and business continuity. /li /ulh3Essential requirements: /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences or any other related field. /liliProven solid experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other highly regulated industries. /liliStrong people leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead, coach and develop teams while coordinating external logistics providers. /liliSolid understanding of GMP/GDP requirements, inventory management, material traceability and quality compliance processes. /liliExperience managing complex material flows, warehouse operations, and cross-functional collaboration to support manufacturing and business continuity. /liliFluent in Italian. /liliGood command of English and strong communication skills to effectively interact with international stakeholders, planners, suppliers, and support functions. /li /ulh3Benefits Rewards: /h3pThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 39,100.00 - 72,500.00 EUR. In addition to your base salary,
