Overview

In this role you will drive growth for Mercer’s Career offering by winning new business and managing client relationships. You will collaborate with Marsh Group teams to deliver integrated HR and transformation solutions, addressing evolving needs in HR, workforce, and change management. You’ll lead end-to-end sales—from outreach to proposals and RFP responses—while expanding Mercer’s presence at events and in client networks. This is a growth-focused role with cross-functional exposure and a chance to shape Mercer’s commercial approach.

Responsabilità

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with Marsh Group’s other businesses
- Engage prospective clients through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, events, referrals, marketing leads)
- Manage full sales cycle including developing and delivering sales campaigns, proposals, and RFP responses




- Maintain a strong client portfolio and conduct regular sales and account management meetings to meet targets
- Negotiate contractual terms within guidelines and support commercial effectiveness including reporting and sales tools
- Stay informed on HR and organizational trends and represent Mercer/Marsh at events and conferences

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s Degree in Economics/Management or similar
- proven professional experience in client-facing roles
- curiosity for commercial topics and content
- strong commercial mindset with a passion for HR Consulting and Organization
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- high resilience with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
- fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
