SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects. /ppbPurpose of the position /b: As b2nd Offshore Construction Shift Supervisor /b, you will be part of the Asset Base Service, supporting the safe and efficient execution of offshore construction activities during your assigned shift. You will assist the Offshore Construction Supervisor in coordinating vessel operations, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, project requirements, and operational procedures while contributing to the successful delivery of offshore campaigns. /ph3How can you support us? /h3ulliCoordinate offshore personnel, subcontractors, and vessel departments to maintain operational continuity and productivity. /liliSupport and supervise offshore construction activities during assigned shifts, ensuring safe and efficient execution of operations. /liliEnsure compliance with Company HSE policies, procedures, permit‑to‑work systems,
and client requirements. /liliMonitor progress of offshore activities, reporting operational issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement to the Offshore Construction Supervisor. /li /ulpContribute to shift handovers, daily reporting, toolbox talks, and operational planning to ensure effective communication and execution. /ph3What are we looking for? /h3pbEducation: /bPreferably with technical High School Diploma or civil, mechanical, electrical or naval engineering background /ppbBackground: /bMinimum 3 years of experience in marine operations, subsea installation, or vessel operations, with previous exposure to supervisory or lead positions. /ph3Technical/IT Knowledge: /h3ulliRisk Assessment and Toolbox Talk methodologies /liliMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /li /ulh3What else should you know? /h3pThe position is offshore‑based and operates on a rotational schedule. Worldwide assignments and international travel is required depending on project and vessel operational needs.
