pAs a bCREATIVE PRODUCER /b, you will be responsible in: /ph3Role responsibilities: /h3ulliSupport the initial scope of the Lab project (event / roundtable) providing documentation to the Head of the Lab so that a decision can be made whether to greenlight the project /liliIf the project is greenlight, they will be responsible for end-to-end project / event management and work closely with Head of GAC Lab to ensure impact /liliManage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings, budgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met. /liliDrive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required. /liliLead production of event-related creative assets / artefacts /liliInteract with,
