Electrolux Group in Italy is seeking a Customer Service specialist to support customers across the order-to-delivery process. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Lines, and Credit to ensure a seamless experience.
You will work in an evolving, increasingly automated environment focused on qualitative analysis, process optimization, and system automation. Strong Excel and BI skills are required, with SAP experience considered a plus, and fluency in Italian and English.
