Hosco.com seeks an experienced Italian Sous Chef to join the culinary team of an international branded resort in Dubai. The ideal candidate has served as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in an authentic Italian restaurant in Italy and possesses strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities include supporting the Head Chef, preparing and serving authentic Italian dishes, maintaining quality and presentation, supervising kitchen staff, and monitoring stock and hygiene.
