Piloda Group, an Italian holding operating in construction, shipbuilding, and yachting, is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead and transform the Group’s People & Culture function across all business units.
Reporting directly to General Management, the CPO will define and implement a modern, integrated, and data-driven People Strategy, driving organizational growth, performance, and cross-unit integration.
The Role
The Chief People Officer will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Group’s entire People & Culture function, acting as a business partner and actively contributing to executive decision-making.
This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, governance skills across HR processes, and a data-driven approach, in a growing multi-sector industrial context.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group’s People & Culture strategy and organizational design
- Oversee performance management, KPI systems, and talent development
- Design compensation,



incentive, and retention programs
- Coordinate recruitment and strengthen employer branding
- Implement leadership development and succession planning
- Ensure compliance, governance, and effective labor relations
- Monitor HR analytics and provide strategic support to the Executive Team

Profile
- Proven experience in senior People/HR roles in complex, multi-sector organizations
- Modern, data-driven approach to human capital management
- Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and executive mindset
- Experience with MBO, incentive systems, and performance management
- Knowledge of Italian labor law
