The candidate will be part of the Group ICT organization focused on Sales & Service area and will support the ICT organization in delivering every assigned projects on time, on budget and on quality. He/she should have a solid background in both technical and business processes.
Responsibilities:
* being the ICT Project Leader for the assigned initiatives in his/her responsibility area;
* supporting the demand collection from the business units/departments focusing mainly on Sales, Service, Marketing Processes;
* managing full life cycle projects and coordinating the assigned resources (internal and/or external);
* managing the external suppliers involved in our projects;
* applying the project management methodology as per ICT standards (including Agile);
* define project readiness and KPIs in accordance with the business;
