Circular Materials is an innovative clean-tech company focused on the recovery and valorization of strategic metals and critical raw materials from industrial effluents.
The company has developed and patented a proprietary technological platform for Supercritical Water Precipitation (SWaP) , capable of achieving recovery rates exceeding 99% , reducing toxic waste production, and minimizing environmental impact compared to traditional mining processes.
In March 2025 , Circular Materials was selected by the European Commission as a Strategic Project under the Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA) —one of only a few projects chosen in Italy and across Europe. This recognition highlights our key role in strengthening the resilience of supply chains and developing a sustainable alternative to primary extraction.
Through applied research, industrial validation, process development and technological scale-up, we combine chemical, engineering and operational expertise to transform complex industrial streams into new resources.

Senior Laboratory Technician
The Role
The selected candidate will join the Laboratory and Process Development team, contributing to analytical, experimental and operational activities supporting the development and optimisation of Circular Materials’ proprietary processes.
The person will work closely with the Operations, R&D; and Engineering teams, supporting both laboratory activities and process monitoring and validation activities on pilot and industrial plants.
We are looking for someone with solid analytical skills, operational autonomy and strong attention to data quality, capable of working in a dynamic environment focused on industrial innovation.
