Exein is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Team in Rome. You will manage payroll processes, HR operations, contracts, lavoro da remoto, medical checks, health and safety training, welfare and insurances, and onboarding.
You will have 3–5 years of HR Operations experience, bilingual English/Italian, and strong discretion with confidential information. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Labor Legislation are required, with HiBob experience preferred.
