As our Execution Controlling Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting operational leaders with forecasting, resource planning and commercial insight. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to understand future demand, optimise resource utilisation and provide the financial analysis that enables informed decision making.

The base range of this role, at the time of posting,



is estimated to be the following should this role be filled in the respective country:
Italy €50,250 - €73,700 (Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA , Metalmeccanico Industria)
Lithuania €53,250 - €78,100
Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with operational leaders to develop and manage monthly workload and forecast planning, ensuring resource demand and utilisation are accurately reflected.
- Provide meaningful financial insight by analysing business performance, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support budget, forecast and cost centre management, helping stakeholders understand financial performance and key variances.
