We are currently seeking a Construction Environmental Health & Safety Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy
The EHS Manager – Construction Safety is responsible for leading environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across large-scale construction and mission‑critical infrastructure projects. This role provides leadership and oversight for safety strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation while partnering with project leadership, contractors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant operations.
This position plays a key role in driving a proactive safety culture through program development, field engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The EHS Manager oversees site safety professionals and supports the execution of safety programs across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company safety standards.
