Silversea seeks an experienced Pastry Chef to deliver high-quality pastries, desserts, petit fours, and baked goods for all meal services aboard our luxury vessels. You will supervise pastry operations and support the Pastry Chef as needed.
You will organize displays, plan production schedules, ensure food safety and hygiene, and train pastry team members while ensuring guest satisfaction and accommodating dietary requirements.
