Our success is based on the passion, design expertise and innovative strength of our more than 13,000 employees in 42 countries.## Want to become part of us? #shapeandcreateThe Marketing Specialist for the Italian market will drive the achievement of company objectives by executing the centrally defined marketing strategy for brands V&B; and Ideal Standard.Key responsibilities include optimizing product distribution, and leveraging marketing tools to meet short, medium, and long-term targets. Main Responsibilities: * Marketing Budget Management: Manage allocated marketing budget,
ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with spending limits and approval protocol.* Partner with Brand Manager and portfolio managers (PM) to ensure the execution of the channel plan is in line the brand and portfolio plan.* Execute based on process, toolkits and brand guidelines provided by the Central Brand & Communication team through optimising spend and deliver healthy ROI.* Identify the most relevant POS of our customers through a structured process of segmentation.* Collaborate with Sales Team (Internal & External) on display management in order to accelerate products visibility.* Analyze results and ROI of any Channel impacted by display program. Required: * Experience 2-3 years within the role* Fluent Italian and English language, both spoken and written.* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to partner and engage distributors, channel partners and cross-functional stakeholders.* Project management.* Budget Management.* Ability to travel North of Italy
