Abylsen is seeking a Mechanical System Engineer to join our Rail Engineering Unit in Italy, focusing on development and integration of gangway and inter-vehicle connection subsystems for railway vehicles. You will define and verify mechanical subsystem requirements in line with railway standards and project specifications.
You will collaborate with design, RAMS, safety and validation teams, coordinate V&V; activities, and participate in design reviews and technical meetings.
