AI Software Engineer
We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Full-stack Software Engineer who takes an AI-first approach to software development, using tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards. You’ll join Treatwell’s AI Engineering team and work closely with our Chief AI Officer. We value hands-on experimentation, short feedback loops and the judgment to know when to change direction or turn a promising prototype into reliable software. You’ll also build integrations with our products and third-party platforms, adding LLMs and other AI capabilities where they solve a real user need. We don’t just ship features, we’re building a Europe-wide platform & team, and know we need to do great work to succeed. To achieve this, we need passionate people who love being challenged, learning new things, and growing with their team.
