# What impact will you make?
**Experienced – Microsoft Power Platform Funzionale**
We are looking for a consultant/senior consultant to join the Microsoft Power Platform team of Deloitte Technology & Transformation in Milan and Rome, working in a Hybrid mode.
The Microsoft Power Platform business of Deloitte Technology & Transformation is responsible for developing and concretely applying its knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, also using the various tools and frameworks of the Microsoft ecosystem (DevOps, TFS, Project, Visio, Office 365).
### Your Role
The Experienced resource will be integrated into a working team and will be responsible for:
* Supporting the team in interpreting client needs and defining the most suitable methodologies and approaches for their optimal satisfaction, with particular attention to solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem;
* Identifying, selecting and, if necessary, customizing the most useful tools for data collection and analysis and the development of solutions to support client objectives, exploiting the Low Code capabilities of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) in compliance with Microsoft best practices in terms of ALM, governance and scalability;
* Producing solid analyses accompanied by factual data independently, coordinating more Junior people if necessary,
with applied knowledge of the main modules of Dynamics 365: Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights, as well as the relative configuration and out-of-the-box customization logics;
* Communicating one's ideas and proposals clearly, structured, briefly and incisively, translating business requirements into technical solutions understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders;
* Identifying potential project problems — including those related to platform limitations, technical debt or adoption gaps — and sharing them promptly with the cross-functional and international team.
### What we offer
The expected remuneration for this position is between EUR 33,000 and EUR 37,500 gross annually for the Consultant grade, between EUR 40,000 and EUR 46,500 gross annually for the Senior Consultant grade.
The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi.
The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.
### Winning Requirements
* Degree in management engineering, economics, computer science or other technical-scientific degrees;
* Experience in the role from two to seven years;
* Applied knowledge and related experience of the various modules that make up the MS Dynamics CRM 365 platform;
* Knowledge of the Customization part of the Dynamics CRM 365 platform (data model configuration, views, forms, advanced search, etc.);
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint (as a user).
