MICLA Engineering & Design is seeking a Total Warranty Spending Control Leader for ADAS. The role spans multi-project environments across the EMEA region with emphasis on early risk detection, prevention, and aggressive cost containment while preserving customer satisfaction and brand image.

The candidate will drive data-based decision making, collaborate with Engineering, Validation, Quality, Purchasing, and After Sales, and lead corrective actions to minimize warranty exposure.
