The Mountain Sky Hotel Tratterhof in Merasen is looking for

Your Responsibilities

Independently managing and taking responsibility for the assigned section

Preparing delicious meals for our guests while adhering to quality standards and dietary requirements

Menu planning in collaboration with the head chef

Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
