Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. Based in Milan, you will support the Chef de Partie, prepare ingredients, ensure high-quality output, and uphold food safety standards.
You should have a globally-recognized culinary qualification, 3-5 years of hotel experience with supervisory exposure, and be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. This role offers the chance to work in a luxury, two-Michelin-starred environment.
