Working with a high level of autonomy, you will ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality project execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers.Key AccountabilitiesStructural Desing & EngineeringDesign, analyze and verify building structures, ensuring safety, functionality and compliance with applicable codes and standards.Perform structural calculations and analyses using industry-standard engineering software.Prepare engineering deliverables, including calculation reports, technical specifications and construction drawings.Develop practical and innovative engineering solutions throughout the design and construction phases.Technical Leadership & CoordinationCoordinate structural engineering activities within multidisciplinary project teams.Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support to junior and mid-level engineers.Collaborate closely with the Principal Engineer and Project Engineering Manager to ensure successful project deliveryQuality & ComplianceEnsure all engineering activities comply with RINA's Quality Management System (QMS), applicable regulations and client requirements.Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy,
consistency and compliance with relevant standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote engineering best practicesClient & Site SupportLiaise with clients, consultants and contractors on structural engineering matters.Participate in technical meetings, design reviews and site inspections.Provide engineering support during construction, helping resolve structural issues and ensuring design intent is correctly implemented.Contribute to structural assessments and evaluations of existing buildings when required.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering or Civil EngineeringQualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineeringat least 4 years of professional experience in the structural design of buildings and civil engineering projectsProven experience in the design and analysis of reinforced concrete, steel and/or masonry structuresStrong knowledge of structural analysis methods and FEM softwareSolid understanding of construction materials, structural behaviour and applicable design codesExperience preparing structural calculations, engineering reports and technical documentationAbility to develop safe,

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €40.000 and €50.000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
