Ikonic Saddlery is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Agent to lead the development of our portfolio of equestrian brands in Italy .

As part of our international growth strategy, we are now accelerating the development of this multi-brand portfolio in Italy .
We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional ready to build long-term partnerships and drive sustainable business growth in the Italian market.
Your Mission
Develop and strengthen a network of equestrian retailers across Italy.
Build long-term commercial partnerships with key industry players.
Introduce and develop Ikonic’s portfolio of premium equestrian brands in the Italian market.
Identify and acquire new strategic retail accounts.
Drive sustainable sales growth across the territory.
Represent the brands at professional events and trade shows.
Work closely with the European management team to implement the commercial strategy.
Remote position , with frequent travel throughout Italy.
Your Profile
Proven experience in field-based B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of the equestrian industry and equipment market.
Native or fluent in Italian.
Good command of English.
Highly autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
Ability to strategically develop the territory and build a strong network of professional retailers.
