FutuRats SRL, a Turin-based game studio, seeks a highly autonomous Freelance Game Designer to join remotely during critical development phases.

You will design game systems, economies, and balancing, and implement mechanics inside Unity or Unreal.

You will document with clear GDDs and collaborate across remote and local teams to meet deadlines.
