Every day they welcome customers, manage sales activities, and take care of product display, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming environment. **Role Objectives:** * Welcome every customer and accompany them in the realization of their projects, offering support and advice on purchases. * Listen to customer needs to identify the most suitable solutions, enhancing the products and services of your department. * Contribute to the care and organization of the department, ensuring an orderly, safe, and welcoming environment. * Work as a team to offer a simple, effective, and satisfying shopping experience. **What We Offer:** * 5-day working week (Mon-Sun), with shifts planned 4 weeks in advance. * Continuous feedback and internal professional development paths.

For tempo parziale contracts, the remuneration will be proportionate to the hours contractually agreed.
