The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a Reservations professional to handle incoming requests by phone or mail, determine suitable room types, and manage rate availability. You will ensure accurate documentation of special requests and inquiries while applying sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include inputting data into the reservation system, communicating policies, and escalating issues as needed to deliver smooth guest experiences at the resort
