Redline Group is partnered with a global leader in electronics distribution and technology solutions that is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the growth of a key Electronics Instrumentation partner across the Italian market.
Based from the company's Milan office on a hybrid basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative, international sales environment with clear opportunities for career progression.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding market share across Italy within the Test & Measurement space. Working closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders, you will identify new opportunities, engage with customers, and promote cutting‐edge technical solutions.
This position would suit a candidate with a technical background who is looking to build a long-term career in technical sales and has already gained some exposure to a commercial, sales or customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities Generate new business and increase market share across Italy




Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound activity
Manage and grow an active, unassigned customer base
Build strong relationships with customers and prospects
Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to maximise sales conversion
Support key accounts and larger commercial opportunities
Deliver regular reporting and pipeline analysis
Key Requirements Education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a similar technical discipline
Some experience in sales, business development or another customer-facing role
Fluent Italian and English communication skills
Commercially driven with a genuine interest in technical sales
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Self‐motivated, organised and proactive
Key Information Location: Milan, Italy
Hybrid working - 2 days remote
