About the role What Will You Do?
?
As a Senior Data Engineer , you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data infrastructures that turn raw data into reliable, actionable insights.
You'll work like an internal enabler for multiple teams, owning data pipelines end-to-end and ensuring data quality, performance, and availability across the organization.
Your missions: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ingest, transform, and serve data from multiple sources.
Develop and optimize data models and warehouses to support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Ensure data quality, reliability,



and performance , monitoring pipelines and resolving issues proactively.
Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Business teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Enable analytics and experimentation by providing clean, well-documented, and accessible datasets .
Drive continuous improvement of the data stack, tooling, and best practices, balancing speed, scalability, and cost.
What We're Looking For ?
Data Engineering Expertise – Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable data pipelines and data platforms.
Solid knowledge of data modelling, SQL, ETL/ELT patterns, and data quality practices.
Modern Data Stack – Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data warehouses/lakes.
Experience with tools and technologies for data transformation, orchestration, and pipeline development (e.g. Airflow/Dagster, Spark or similar).
Analytical Mindset – Ability to understand business problems and translate them into effective data structures and solutions.
