Mission
Own quality across web, mobile, and AI pipelines.
Build the QA function from the
ground up so NowVision can ship fast without breaking trust with clients.
Responsibilities
Define the overall QA strategy: manual, automated, regression, release
management
Build automated test coverage across web, mobile, pipelines and APIs
Define quality processes for AI/ML outputs (eval datasets, accuracy
thresholds, regression checks)
Own release readiness, bug triage,



and quality metrics
Hire and grow the QA team over time
Must-have
5+ years in QA, including hands-on test automation and at least some
lead/management experience
Strong with modern test frameworks for web (e.g., Playwright/Cypress) and
mobile
Experience defining QA processes in a fast-moving startup environment
Comfort working alongside ML/AI teams on non-deterministic systems
Nice-to-have
Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or enterprise B2B products.
