-- Internship HR Business Partner Posting Start Date: 23/07/2026 Country: Italy Location: Milano Function: Human Resources Full life cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting job description drafting, candidate management, interview coordination and new hire integration.
Implementation of people development initiatives, including training plans, career paths, internal mobility and engagement activities.
Preparing reports, presentations and data analysis on HR topics, helping the team monitor trends, needs and key people-related indicators.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Master's degree in economics/law/philosophy.
Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus; Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics; Fluency in Italian and English.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proactive and collaborative approach.
