-- Junior Contract Manager Job ID : ****** Posted since : 19-Jun-**** Organization : Smart Infrastructure Field of work : Legal managing daily commercial and contractual issues; supporting, from a contractual and legal point of view, proposal/sales teams during the contract negotiation; ensuring mitigation of risks both during negotiation and execution phases; reviewing incoming correspondence of client and/or suppliers/subcontractors, and drafting official correspondence; preparing variation orders, change requests, and claims, including the development and definition of the related strategy; Managing the resolution of disputes at the pre-litigation stage and drafting settlement agreements.
What makes you a great match: Core Requirements Degree in Law; At least 3 years' post-qualification experience; Understanding of contracts' risks and potential legal and financial consequences associated therewith; Excellent knowledge of Italian Civil Law; Knowledge of general contractual standards; Use of independent judgment in resolution of contract claim issues; Proficiency in Italian and English.
Eligibility to work in Italy Preferred Requirements Proven experience in complex projects, including risk assessment and claims management activities; Negotiation skills with clients/suppliers/subcontractors; Knowledge of Italian Public Procurement Law.
