What you'll be doing As our Senior Engineering Manager in the Consumer domain, you'll set the technical and organizational direction for an entire domain, empowering millions of users in how they pay, manage money, and access credit.
Here's what that looks like in practice: Lead and grow the Consumer domain – Own the health and direction of three teams via 3 direct-report Engineering Managers and a Staff Engineer ****** engineers total), fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
