-- Position Summary The Commercial Business Transformation Manager is responsible for designing, developing and driving the evolution of commercial processes, governance models, operating frameworks and digital business requirements supporting the growth of the Cooling business.
The role acts as an internal transformation leader, working closely with Sales, Tendering, Product Management, Marketing and Business Operations teams to define future-state commercial processes, develop business playbooks and support the implementation of major business and digital transformation initiatives.
Success in this position requires a combination of commercial understanding, process design capability, structured problem solving and change leadership to ensure that business growth can be supported through scalable, efficient and standardized ways of working.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Process Design Lead the design and continuous improvement of commercial processes across the customer journey.
Analyze existing ways of working and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and efficiency improvements.
Define future-state commercial operating models supporting business scalability and regional growth.
Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and functions on new process definitions and governance structures.
Drive process harmonization while maintaining flexibility for different business environments and market needs.
