The Robin Club

PARTNERSHIPS & EXPERIENCES COORDINATOR
The Robin | Milan | Tempo pieno
The Robin is a fast-growing global luxury membership community connecting founders, entrepreneurs, creatives, collectors and international leaders through curated introductions, exceptional experiences and privileged access.
Born in Milan and expanding internationally, we are building a new kind of global membership club: one that lives across cities and creates meaningful connections between exceptional people, brands and places.
We are now looking for an exceptional
Partnerships & Experiences Coordinator
to join our Milan team and help build the next phase of The Robin globally.
This is not a traditional events role.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, high-potential candidate to join The Robin at an important stage of international growth and develop into a significant commercial and partnerships role.
We are looking for someone intelligent, polished, commercially minded, highly organised and culturally curious. You may be relatively early in your career, but you already understand the worlds of luxury, hospitality, fashion, art, design and international lifestyle and are hungry to take on significantly more responsibility.
We care more about your
potential, professional presence, commercial instinct, ambition and ability to learn quickly
than your current job title or number of years' experience.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the Founder and leadership team, you will support and increasingly take ownership of The Robin's partnerships, commercial opportunities and member experiences.
You will:
• Research and identify potential partners across luxury, fashion, hospitality, art, design, culture, wellness, travel, finance and technology
• Help develop relationships with leading brands, hotels, cultural institutions, galleries and organisations relevant to The Robin's international membership
• Manage and develop an existing pipeline of partnership opportunities
• Proactively research and originate new commercial opportunities
• Manage and follow up inbound partnership enquiries
• Help develop creative partnership concepts that create genuine value for both members and brands
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations and commercial offers
• Participate in partner meetings and increasingly take responsibility for commercial conversations and negotiations
• Follow opportunities consistently from initial conversation through proposal, negotiation, contracting and execution
• Help create exceptional clienteling activations, private dinners, cultural access, brand experiences and member programming
• Coordinate existing partners and identify opportunities for renewal and expansion
• Maintain impeccable CRM records, commercial pipelines, timelines and follow-up
• Work closely with Membership, Community and Operations teams
• Represent The Robin externally at events, dinners, brand activations and important cultural moments
• Help develop partnership opportunities across The Robin's growing international network
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are interested in
exceptional people, not simply impressive job titles
.

You may currently be working within a larger luxury organisation and feel ready for greater responsibility, more exposure and the opportunity to progress faster than a traditional corporate structure allows.
You must:
• Have relevant professional experience within luxury, hospitality, fashion, art, design, private clients, membership, partnerships, PR, business development, brand experiences or another premium environment
•
Currently live in Milan.
We are not considering candidates who would need to relocate or commute from another city
• Speak
fluent Italian and fluent professional English. Both are essential
• Ideally speak a third language, with French particularly valuable
• Have strong commercial instinct and a genuine interest in developing business, partnerships and revenue
• Be confident communicating with clients, brands, partners and senior stakeholders
• Understand the standards expected when working with luxury brands and private clients
• Have
exceptional professional presence and presentation
, with the confidence, polish and judgement required to represent The Robin externally
• Have an international outlook and genuine curiosity about luxury, hospitality, art, fashion, design, travel and culture
• Be highly organised, proactive and persistent, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Be confident meeting new people and developing relationships
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be digitally fluent and comfortable using AI tools, CRM, presentation and productivity platforms
• Have the discretion and maturity required when dealing with confidential information, private members and commercial relationships
• Have an entrepreneurial mentality and be comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Be
comfortable regularly attending evening events, dinners and activations
. Evening attendance is an important part of this position, particularly during Fashion Week, Design Week and other major periods
• Be looking for a
full-time role and long-term career opportunity
. The Robin must be your primary and exclusive professional commitment. We are not looking for freelancers, consultants or candidates who intend to continue managing other clients or another professional role alongside this position
THE PERSON
You are
ambitious, curious and hungry to build something
.
You may feel that your current company isn't giving you enough responsibility or that you're capable of progressing faster.
You understand what makes people want to belong somewhere.
You notice the new hotel, restaurant, exhibition, designer, destination or cultural moment before everyone else does.

You have an international outlook and are comfortable moving between different professional and social environments.
You enjoy meeting people, developing relationships and making things happen.
You combine
professional polish with a willingness to do the work
. You understand that developing relationships is only the beginning. Following up, researching, updating the CRM, preparing presentations, managing details and executing impeccably are equally important.
You don't need to arrive knowing everything. But you need to be intelligent, resourceful, commercially curious and extremely motivated to learn.
We are not looking for someone who wants to remain a Coordinator. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a Partnerships & Experiences Manager and take increasing commercial responsibility as the business develops.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Full-time employment based in Milan
• Competitive RAL based on experience
• Performance-related bonus
• Additional upside for genuinely self-originated new business
• Significant responsibility and exposure early in your career
• Direct access to leading international luxury brands and decision-makers
• The opportunity to develop commercial, partnership and negotiation skills
• Close collaboration with the Founder and leadership team
• International projects and opportunities as The Robin expands globally
•
Clear progression from Partnerships & Experiences Coordinator to Partnerships & Experiences Manager based on performance and development
