h3Job Description /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libSupport Classroom Instruction.
/bAssist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans, learning activities, and educational games that align with the preschool curriculum.
/li libSupervise and Engage Children.
/bMonitor children during classroom activities, playtime, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety and promote positive behavior.
/li libAssist with Behavior Management.
/bReinforce classroom rules and help guide children in developing appropriate social and emotional skills.
/li libPrepare Learning Materials.
/bHelp set up and organize classroom materials, resources, and displays to support hands-on learning and creativity.
/li libMaintain a Safe and Clean Environment.
/bEnsure classroom spaces are clean, organized, and free from hazards; assist with sanitizing toys, surfaces, and equipment.
/li libProvide Individualized Support.
/bOffer one-on-one or small group assistance to children who need extra help with activities or emotional support.
/li libObserve and Report.
/bObserve children's development and behavior; communicate concerns or notable progress to the lead teacher.
/li libSupport Routines and Transitions.
/bHelp children with daily routines such as arrivals, departures, toileting, meals, and rest time, fostering independence and consistency.
/li libEncourage Positive Interaction.
/bModel respectful, inclusive, and cooperative behavior to promote a positive classroom culture.
/li libCollaborate with Team Members.
/bWork closely with the lead teacher and other staff to ensure consistency in teaching practices and childcare.
