OverviewAs an Electrical Cx Engineer at CAI, you will lead and execute data center commissioning to ensure reliable, high?performing facilities.
You'll coordinate cross?functional teams across design, construction and operations, guiding the process to meet project goals and timelines.
You'll define commissioning protocols, mitigate risks, and mentor staff to raise overall capability.

ResponsabilitàLead and coordinate the commissioning process for data center facilities
Serve as primary point of contact for commissioning activities and align with project timelines
Define commissioning protocols and methodologies for various systems
Identify and mitigate risks in commissioning processes
Mentor junior commissioning engineers and train operations/maintenance staff
Facilitate knowledge transfer to strengthen the commissioning team's capabilities
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in Electrical Engineering
7+ years' experience in the Data Center industry
Experience commissioning critical systems, preferably in data centers
Strong understanding of electrical systems in data centers
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel domestically and abroad
