Job Summary:
As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in‑house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.
What You’ll Do:
Talent Representation
Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
Brand Partnerships
Secure and negotiate high‑value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.
Relationship Building
Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.
Strategic Growth
Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement,
and drive revenue growth.
Autonomous & Flexible Work
Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.
You’ll Thrive if You:

- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
- Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
- Excel at relationship‑building and possess strong negotiation skills.
- Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Combine hustle and patience—able to close deals quickly and nurture long‑term relationships.
- Are highly organized, skilled with data management, and proficient in Google Sheets.
