Foreman Fitter, supported by one or more Apprentices, is the responsible of all the installation phases, such as:
material storage on site
preliminary measurements
elevator assembly
commissioning
direct communication with management
Apprentices practical training and skill refining
Perfect profile features are:
minimum one year experience in lift installation
strong safety orientation
problem solving attitude
respect for rules and installation methods
According to skill and attitude, a Foreman Fitter can operate as a mono?brand installer, or range between different brands.
Driving license and language skills are always preferential items.
