Product Manager – Machine Control (Excavation)
Remote – Italy | Up to 25% International Travel

At Topcon Positioning Systems, we’re helping transform the construction industry through advanced machine control, GNSS positioning, automation, and digital solutions. We’re looking for an experienced Global Product Manager – Excavation Solutions to drive the strategy and development of our next generation of excavator machine control technologies.
This is more than a Product Management role. You’ll influence product strategy on a global scale, collaborate with international teams, and turn customer challenges into innovative solutions used on construction sites around the world.

What You’ll Do

- Define and execute the product roadmap for Topcon’s Excavation product portfolio.
- Work closely with customers, dealers, and industry partners to understand market needs and identify new opportunities.
- Act as the key interface between Engineering, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Translate customer insights into product requirements and development priorities.
- Lead new product introductions and support products throughout their lifecycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze product performance, profitability, and business opportunities.
- Support pricing strategies and portfolio optimization.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery worldwide.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial vision.
Ideally, You’ll Have

- Experience in Product Management or a similar strategic role.
- Background in construction technology, machine control, excavation, surveying, heavy equipment, or civil engineering.
- Experience working with customers and distribution networks.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- The ability to influence cross-functional international teams.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and innovative mindset.
- Fluency in English.
