We are looking for a PLM Solution Consultant to join our international Services team based in Milan.
The role focuses on configuring and implementing PLM solutions using our 3DEXPERIENCE platform.You will act as a technical point of reference between our customers and Dassault Systèmes solutions.
Working alongside senior technical consultants, you will translate technical requirements into effective product configurations and support customers throughout the adoption of the solution.
The role combines strong product expertise, technical knowledge and customer interaction, including product demonstrations, workshops and training.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer technical requirements and translate them into effective product configurationsBuild expertise on specific Dassault Systèmes solutions, becoming a technical reference point for assigned customersConfigure and customize ENOVIA/DELMIA solutions according to customer requirements, working alongside senior technical consultantsTest customer use cases and verify that configured solutions meet the expected requirementsSupport product demonstrations, workshops and end-user training activitiesProvide technical guidance to customers and partners on product capabilities and configuration optionsSupport technical analysis and troubleshooting throughout the implementation processQualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical fieldAt least 1 year of experience in a technical,



software or IT-related roleBasic understanding of PLM concepts and interest in developing expertise in Dassault Systèmes solutionsBasic knowledge of REST APIs and software architectureFamiliarity with Linux environments is a plusAbility to understand technical requirements and translate them into product configurationsStrong communication skills and interest in working directly with customers and partnersPrevious experience ERP, MES or other enterprise software is a plusFluent in Italian and English is mandatoryInclusion statementAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.

to be determined based on objective criteria such as experience and required skills as well as the scope of the position.
